Valley Medical was proud to be a sponsor of this year’s Walk for Recovery at the State Capitol Grounds on September 9. We met with a lot of current and potential patients as well as a number of treatment centers and providers and were glad to a part of this event for those recovering from addiction.

We were excited to have this opportunity to discuss our toxicology testing services, including our unique vTOX urine drug testing. Participants were very interested in the fact that vTOX uses DNA validation to eliminate the need for viewed urine collection. (Patients and treatment centers alike almost unanimously hate viewed urine collection!) Spreading the word about vTOX was a major reason we were at Walk for Recovery, and it was good to get the word out to so many interested people.

We’re already looking forward to next year’s event!
